Since fresh mushrooms are highly perishable agricultural goods, returns are generally not accepted. However, if goods are damaged in transport, contact us within 2 hours of delivery with pictures for assistance.

For dried Claro360 mushroom powders and sealed pickles, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery in their original, unopened packaging.

Orders can be cancelled prior to dispatch by calling us directly at +91 9973458345. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Approved refunds for returned powders/pickles or cancelled transactions will be credited back via Easebuzz or direct UPI transfer within 5-7 business days.

We ship fresh organic mushrooms within East Godavari and surrounding districts via local transport networks. Powders and pickles are shipped pan-India using reliable courier partners.

Local orders are dispatched within 24 hours. National shipments are dispatched within 2-3 business days. Free shipping eligibility criteria will be displayed at checkout.
