- The product remains in its original sealed packaging.

Mushroom Products
Due to the perishable nature of mushroom products:

- Clear photographs and supporting evidence must be provided.
- Refunds will be considered only after our review and approval.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will generally be processed within 7–10 business days.

- Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the scheduled project start date.
- If cancellation occurs less than 5 days before commencement, the customer may be liable for the full project cost.
